Senior Autumn 2025

Wednesday 26 February 2025 - Wednesday 18 June 2025

• 3 weeks of Pre-Season games (26/02/2025 - 12/02/2025) to ease into the season and finalise teams. No competition points on offer.
• Competition rounds commence on 19/03/2025.
• There is a 1 week break for UOW mid session recess (21/04/2025 - 25/04/2025 inclusive). There will be no games that week.
• State of Origin nights (Game 1: 28/05/2025, Game 2: 18/06/2025) will not be competition rounds. Instead, there will be 2 games - a men's game, and a women's game. As well as enabling different styles of gameplay, we'll finish early enough for footy fans to catch the Origin!

• Wednesdays 7:30pm - 9:30pm (games) [26/02/2025 - 09/04/2025; games shift forward ~1hr from 16/04/2025 - 18/06/2025]
• Mondays 7:30pm - 9:00pm (March Fit Mondays training block) [03/03/2025 - 31/03/2025]

New players

• 2024-2025 Come & Try Senior (lasts for 2 weeks): $33.61
• If you choose to continue playing, you will then need to upgrade your membership to a full season membership
  • $170.39* (Water Polo NSW & Water Polo Australia annual capitation fee) + $140` (Illawarra Water Polo registration fee)

* The cost of your Come & Try registration, or any other capitation fees paid to WPNSW & WPA since 01 September 2024, will be deducted from your capitation fees.

` Discounts are available for late starters

Returning players

• $140` (Illawarra Water Polo registration fee) + any capitation fees potentially owing to WPNSW & WPA (up to $170.39)*

* For many players, there will not be any capitation owing to WPNSW and WPA this season. Any capitation fees paid to WPNSW & WPA since 01 September 2024 will be deducted from your capitation fees.

A note about capitation fees to WPNSW & WPA

Capitation fees for WPNSW & WPA are annual for the season, which is a year spanning 1st September to 31 August. Settling capitation fees this Senior Autumn season will cover you until 31 August 2025, which is partway through our next season, Spring.

Juniors Summer Season 2024-2025

Monday 14 October 2024 - Wednesday 9 April 2025 (Mondays and Wednesdays)

Break over the summer school holidays (23/12/2024 - 29/01/2025) - no junior water polo activities during this time

• Mondays 5:45pm - 7:00pm (training) 
• Wednesdays 5:45pm - 7:15pm (games)

Deep end juniors (born 2012-2009)

• Mondays 5:45pm - 7:30pm (training)
• Wednesdays 5:45pm - 7:30pm (games)

• Trial option 2024-2025 Come & Try Junior (born 2013 and younger) (lasts for 2 weeks): $27.01
  • If you progress to signing up for Summer season, the Come & Try fee is deducted from your Summer registration fee
• Full season Juniors Summer Season - Shallow End (born 2017-2013): $27.01 (Water Polo NSW & Water Polo Australia) + $202.99 (Illawarra Water Polo) + transaction fee for online card payment

Deep end juniors (born 2012-2009)

• Trial option 2024-2025 Come & Try Junior (born 2012-2009) (lasts for 2 weeks): $33.61
  • If you progress to signing up for Summer season, the Come & Try fee is deducted from your Summer registration fee
• Full season Juniors Summer Season - Deep End (born 2012-2009): $33.61 (Water Polo NSW & Water Polo Australia) + $246.39 (Illawarra Water Polo) + transaction fee for online card payment

*ActiveKids is available through the registration process.

 * Players already registered at other clubs may not need to pay certain Affiliation Fees.

After Registering, an invoice will be displayed on screen with payment instructions and a copy sent to your email. Payment to Water Polo NSW and/or Water Polo Australia must be made online via credit/debit card. Payments via bank deposit will only be accepted for fees payable directly to Illawarra Water Polo. Once payment has been confirmed and approved you will receive details to your email.
